Return Sweden:
Black Colour offers 14 days of return, valid from the day you received your order. As a customer in Sweden, you can choose to use the enclosed return label and deliver the package to the same carrier that it was delivered with. Note! When crediting your returned goods, we will deduct 7 € in return shipping fees. Alternatively, you can choose to arrange the return shipping yourself. We recommend that you always send with Track & Trace so that the package can be tracked. Please note that we do not accept packages sent by post with cash on delivery. As a customer abroad, you are responsible for sending the goods back to us and you are responsible until the goods are in our warehouse again. All products must be in same condition, as when received. We take no responsibility for missing packages.
Other EU countries:
Black Colour offers 14 days of return, valid from the day you received your order. As a customer from other EU countries return costs are at own expense and we recommend that you always send with Track & Trace so that the package can be tracked. Please note that we do not accept packages sent by post with cash on delivery. As a customer abroad, you are responsible for sending the goods back to us and you are responsible until the goods are in our warehouse again. All products must be in same condition, as when received. We take no responsibility for missing packages.
Complaints
All items are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which grants a 24-month warranty. The warranty applies to defects that occur under normal use of the product. It does not cover damages caused by incorrect use or normal wear and tear.
You must file a complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. We recommend that you notify us as soon as possible and no later than 2 months after the defect is discovered. Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions.
