www.blackcolour.com is open 24/7, allowing you to shop almost anytime. Occasionally, the shop may be down for maintenance. Online purchases can only be made when the shop is open and available.

All our packages are insured and come with a GLS track and trace number. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.
All our packages can be tracked in case any issues arise. The goods are insured during shipping. Upon receiving your package, please check the contents. If the package or its contents are damaged upon delivery, you must report this to GLS immediately. Black Colour is not responsible for items that are damaged during transport.
Shipping with GLS track and trace for a price of 7 Euro.
We ship all orders within 1 or 2 days, except on bank holidays, weekends and vacations. Delivery time will depend on the country to which the package must be sent.
