We process personal data about you in various situations. Read more below.
3.1. Visitors to www.blackcolour.com and users of Black Colour’s online services
When you visit our website (www.blackcolour.com) or use our other online services (e.g., on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), we may process your IP address, as well as information about your computer, device, and browser.

Black Colour also provides personal data to data processors. Our processors only process your data for our purposes and under our instructions.

Where we engage partners outside the EU/EEA, it will always be done subject to valid transfer guarantees—either the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses under GDPR Article 46 or, for U.S. companies, through adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
We currently work with the following service providers outside the EU/EEA:

When your personal data is no longer necessary, we will ensure its secure deletion.
