Return of goods

BLACK COLOUR ApS offers a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your goods. Please fill out the return form that comes with your delivery and pack it together with the goods you wish to return.

If you are a customer in Denmark, you can choose to use the enclosed return label in your package. When crediting your returned goods, we will deduct DKK 39 in return shipping fees. Alternatively, you can choose to arrange the return shipping yourself.

You are responsible for ensuring that the package is properly packaged. The goods must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as when received. Hang tags must still be attached to the goods.

You are fully responsible for the returned goods until they are physically with us. We therefore recommend that you always send with Track & Trace so that the package can be tracked. Please note that we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

Return Sweden & Germany:

If you're located in Sweden or Germany, you can use the enclosed return form included in the package. Note! When crediting your returned goods, we will deduct DKK 90 in return shipping fees. Alternatively, you can choose to arrange the return shipping yourself. We recommend that you always send with Track & Trace so that the package can be tracked.

Return from other EU countries:
Black Color offers 14 days of return, valid from the day you receive your order. As a customer from other EU countries, return costs are at your own expense and we recommend that you always send with Track & Trace so that the package can be tracked.


Please note that we do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.
As a customer abroad, you are responsible for sending the goods back to us and you are responsible until the goods are in our warehouse again. All products must be in the same condition as when received. We take no responsibility for missing packages.
